RECIPES FOR XPRESS BY SMARTCUP


The following is a baseline for enthusiasts when they are deciding upon the amount of coffee or tea to use. XPress allows for individuals to custom craft their beverage experience based on material and brew time.

XPress Coffee

  • 12 oz Coffee – 11 grams or 1 rounded tablespoon (not heaping) medium ground coffee, fill with hot water to 1/2” from rim of cup, stir, wait 3 minutes, then press.
  • 16 oz Coffee – 22 grams or 2 rounded tablespoons (not heaping) medium ground coffee, fill with hot water to 1/2” from rim of cup, stir, wait 3 minutes, then press.
  • 20 oz Coffee – 33 gramps or 2 heaping tablespoons medium ground coffee, fill with hot water to 1/2” from rim of cup, stir, wait 3 minutes, then press.

XPress Teas

  • 12 oz Loose Leaf Tea – Add 1 slightly, rounded tablespoon of loose leaf tea into cup, pour hot water to 1/2” from rim of cup, add XPress lid, wait 3 minutes, then press.
  • 16 oz Loose Leaf Tea – Add 2 slightly rounded tablespoons of loose leaf tea into cup, pour hot water to 1/2” from rim of cup, add XPress lid, wait 3 minutes, then press.
  • 20 oz Loose Leaf Tea – Add 2 rounded tablespoons of loose leaf tea into cup, pour hot water to 1/2” from rim of cup, add XPress lid, wait 3 minutes, then press.

XPress Tea Lattes

  • Black Tea Latte 16 oz – Pour 18 grams loose leaf tea and 56 grams Zuma Vanilla Latte powder into cup, add hot water to 1” from rim of cup, stir to mix, add a splash of cold, whole milk, add XPress lid, wait 3 minutes, then press.
  • Green Tea Latte 16 oz – Pour 18 grams loose leaf tea and 56 grams Zuma Vanilla Latte powder into cup, add hot water to 1” from rim of cup, stir to mix, add a splash of cold, whole milk, add XPress lid, wait 3 minutes, then press.
  • Chai Latte 16 oz – Pour 18 grams loose leaf tea and 56 grams Zuma Vanilla Latte powder into cup, add hot water to 1” from rim of cup, stir to mix, add a splash of cold, whole milk, add XPress lid, wait 3 minutes, then press.
